HTC Research releases a comprehensive policy brief outlining actionable recommendations for governments and institutions to bolster digital resilience across the continent.
HTC Africa's Research Division has published a new policy brief, "Africa's Cybersecurity Posture: Challenges and Pathways", offering targeted recommendations for governments and institutions seeking to strengthen digital resilience across the continent.
Based on an assessment of cybersecurity capabilities across 20 African nations, the brief identifies critical gaps in incident response capacity, cross-border threat intelligence sharing, and legislative frameworks for critical infrastructure protection.
The full 32-page policy brief is available from the HTC Research Library. A French-language version will be released in April 2026.
