REST-AI RoundTable Dialogue

Africa's reference framework for responsible, ethical, scalable AI regulation.

A multi-year initiative producing the continental governance architecture for AI adoption across African nations. REST-AI is now under consideration by the African Union Commission as a continental reference standard, with endorsements from six national digital ministries.

HTC's rolling startup accelerator supports early-stage African technology founders with structured mentorship, investor introductions, co-working infrastructure, and selective seed grants. Three cohorts completed; cohort 4 currently in residence.
